A Gardiner 3rd Dec 2008 7:29 PM	I thoroughly enjoyed the plenary day and found that it certainly provided food for thought and reinforced the work that I currently do within the school context. The dilema I have relates to putting it into practice when staff have differing views or where there is a mentality that you have to be a senior leader to effect change. I will keep on nudging...
