The Three Phases of The Ethos Project
The Ethos Project is a programme in three phases.
The first phase consists of a series of evening classes around three themes. These themes are:
historical perspectives
academic ideas
current polity
The aim of this phase is to explore issues, concepts and ideas around Character Education - providing examples and models from a wide range of contexts. This enables participants to clarify their own approaches to Character Education and begin to think about their own contexts.

In phase 2 visits to examples of organisations with aspects of good practice are conducted.
In phase 3 participants design their own in school project supported by the Ethos Project team.
